Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number once your box is on its way!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard U.S. shipping takes about 3–7 business days after it leaves our studio.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! We currently ship within the United States only.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on orders over $50! For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Q: How do you make sure everything arrives safely?
A: Each box is carefully packed by our team to ensure that all art supplies arrive safe and ready to create — just open and start your project!
