If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our kits, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used art supplies

• Partially completed projects

• Gift cards or digital products (like online classes)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re so sorry! Please email us at auroroa@auroraartbox.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
