Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your order is packed with care and shipped within 2–3 business days. As soon as your box is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its magical journey straight to your doorstep!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After your box leaves our studio, standard U.S. shipping usually takes about 3–5 business days. We ship from the East Coast, so delivery times may vary depending on where you are. Don’t worry though — your art adventure is on its way and it’s worth the wait!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not just yet! Currently, we’re only shipping within the United States. But we’re dreaming big, and we hope to reach our creative friends around the world soon!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Good news! Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout.

A: Every Aurora Art Box is packed with love and care by our team. We make sure all your art supplies are snug, secure, and ready to inspire your next masterpiece. Just open the box, and let the creative magic begin!
